Steven Dunning
A Real Hollywood Story

Hollywood, CA - Steven Dunning's story is one that instills hope and inspiration. Regardless of your choice of career, his model and philosophy of living and working is one to emulate.

Studded with big names, numerous projects, and a movie (Now Chinatown ) just recently added to The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences' Permanent Collection to be archived alongside Hollywood's greatest films, Steven's career reads like a Hollywood script.

Steven shows that living your dream is possible: hard; but, possible. He came to Hollywood from a rural town in Pennsylvania. Traveling cross-country, he made his way to the City of Bright Lights and, knowing no one, began knocking on doors and offering to work for free.

Having decided what was important to him, that he would make it in Hollywood and it required his staying the course, he showed up on time, worked the long hours and thankless jobs, and learned.

As time went by, he got "lucky." As Steven says, "Luck is made when preparation meets opportunity." And Steven's career shows how to make the most of opportunity.

In addition to being persistant, patient, and focused, Steven also has learned that a big proponent to making a career happen is equality. As a member of many of the groups that help keep the Road of Opportunity open to all people, he also makes time to be involved in helping others, his big project now being the "Got Your 6" campaign.

From working for nothing and knowing no one to the heights of Hollywood as an Entertainment veteran, Steven Dunning proves that hopes, dreams, and wishes start the path of success and it is the planning, purpose, and drive that realizes it.
